Funny you should ask!
Had a company come out and install it the other day and they noticed the oil pump was leaking!!! Called Supply House and they had me call Burnham!! What a run around with them!! A one hundred thirty five dollar part and they couldn't send one, bought one myself so we didn't have to smell #2 oil in the house anymore!!! Have always had good luck with Supply House but dealing with another party… not good!!

Sexy new Burnham boiler!!
Got 24 years out of the last pne, time to replace. New style looks great, hope to get many years from it. A little leary about ordering it online, but local dealers couldn't come close to the price. Ordered on Monday, shipped on Tuesday. Sat on the dock for a couple of days, 1 day to make it to the local hub (600 miles). Sat there over the weekend, delivered on Monday. One crush on the box, but the boiler was well packed. 7 days, not bad for a 580lb box. Installed, seems to work fine.

The installation tech made the install look easy. When the installation was completed, the unit fired-up without a glitch, relevant adjustments were made and the unit operates soooo! quietly. What a pleasure to have a new boiler. The old unit (Burnham) was over 30 years in age and needed to be replaced. Very happy. Shipping could have been better, several bumps in the road with YRC freight, but it arrived intact.
