Used for Pool Filter
I used this with a check valve beneath it to automatically purge excess air from a pool system. I connected it via a tee to the 1/8 NPT presdure dial connection on the pool filter unit.
To be clear, this model does NOT have an integrated check valve and so an external one must be supplied if needed and in my application it will allow air inside the system without a check valve when the pump shuts off. Works perfectly in this application when a check valve is added.
