poor drain gaskett seal
drain gasket does not seal properly. leaks through the threads. top and bottom are leak free. very difficult, have yet to achieve leak free.

unnecessary connection size
Unit is solid metal as far as I can tell. construction is good it has everything needed for drain as well. It has a fairly obtuse securing method that I can see being an issue with some sink styles. The 1/2" connections are what makes no sense to me, its so grossly oversized for the application, I only order 3/8 and 1/4" lines for something like this. I bought stop valves before selection of faucet, this set me back a couple days. 1/2" to 1/4" lines are basically toilet lines. There should never be a 1/2" connection on a bathroom sink, the copper its soldered to is 1/4" OD. I almost just cut and flared but its too short to risk it.

This faucet saves water. It was easy to install for a homeowner if you have any mechanical ability. It's a shiny chrome that matches what I had. It has a lifetime warranty.
