Always excellent service and great prices
I have called several times with questions and orders and I always get a friendly, experienced representative of Supply House. It should be a given but it isn't. I am so happy that I found this company and can get what I need quickly and I don't have to go to a local plumbing supply house and be ignored because I am not a contractor.

Excellent customer service for my shipping problem
My filters were shipped immediately and got to me in one day. Unfortunately, the box was badly crushed and the filters inside were unusable. After contacting customer service about this they immediately shipped out replacements and this time the shipping box was unbelievably strong / crush resistant. Needless to say, the filters inside were in excellent condition. I could not have been happier with the service I received!
