10" x 10" (Wall Opening Size) White Ceiling Diffuser (A503MS Series)

We ordered six 8x8 white aluminium ceiling diffusers for our central air system. We discovered during some interior painting that our old vents were filthy, rusted and in obvious need of replacement. There were numerous sizes to pick from, our ordering was seamless and the price was lower than the big box stores. Plus, they arrived super-fast. This is our second Supply House order; the first time being new wall heat registers, also aluminum, again replacing vents that were clearly deteriorated. The quality overall of both vents is great. This is not a glamorous project, but a necessary one. You'd be surprised what you've been breathing when you take your old vents down.

Made a few attempts at ordering these ceiling diffusers. Each time they arrived damaged, with the paint scraped off in various places. Primarily this is an issue with the way they are packed, multiple diffusers loose in the box, rattling around, rubbing against each other. In addition, the units themselves have a thin plastic wrap, no cardboard or anything that would protect the finish. Supplyhouse is good about doing an exchange, except that the new diffusers are packaged the same way and also arrive damaged. Unfortunately, won't be using Supply House for an item like this again.
