Very prompt service.
I have a heat pump and gas furnace combination. My Honeywell thermostat senses the outside temperature to determine when to use gas or electric. The outside temperature sensor went out after 13 years. I ordered a replacement from SupplyHouse.com and it is working great. I received it quicker than expected. Thanks SupplyHouse.com!!

Q: I have this same device and I'm wondering does it need to be replaced because I'm getting negative readings for the temperature.....at 50 degrees it reading -10 degrees...do you think I have a bad sensor?

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffIt sounds like you may have a defective unit. You should not place the sensor or wire for the sensor near any high voltage units or wiring, as this could affect the sensor reading.
