I would buy this product again.

This worked great for Honeywell proT6 to turn off the heat pump at 35 degrees and bring on the gas furnace.

Very prompt service.

I have a heat pump and gas furnace combination. My Honeywell thermostat senses the outside temperature to determine when to use gas or electric. The outside temperature sensor went out after 13 years. I ordered a replacement from SupplyHouse.com and it is working great. I received it quicker than expected. Thanks SupplyHouse.com!!

It sounds like you may have a defective unit. You should not place the sensor or wire for the sensor near any high voltage units or wiring, as this could affect the sensor reading.
