Above the left bottom button should say system and fan as default. Pressing this will cause screen to show system on left; fan in center, and done on left. Pressing fan here will cycle fan between on and auto. When fan is in auto mode it will cycle with system. When fan is in on mode it will run continuously in occupied mode and cycle in unoccupied mode. In a system with a heat pump yes it can handle auxiliary heat. If it is conventional then it will not as it only handles 1 heat stage in a conventional system.
