I am currently updating my home from room by room. I purchased this item for its updated looks and programibility options. It's quiet, looks great and works great. It takes a little getting use to for programming and learning the icons but I will certainly be buying more of these for the rest of my home.

Off by 3 degrees, remote control feature
As another reviewer said, this thermostat is consistently off by 3 degrees (i.e. set it for 50 degrees, room hits 47 degrees). Checked this multiple ways: analog thermometer, digital non-contact thermometer, digital thermometer. Not a deal killer for me, but may be for some.
Remote control feature is nice: anything that can close a relay can make this go from vacation mode to normal mode. Great for home automation or 2nd homes.

Almost exactly like the original
This was a perfect replacement for a 15-year unit in a condo that was up for sale. I thought it will be a challenge finding a close replica. It provides even more controls than the original. Thanks, Supply House!

Excellent Thermostat, Price & Customer Service
I bought (6) Honeywell Home (SKU: TH115-A-240D-B) Programmable Thermostats for a rental renovation that my wife and I completed. Our 1st tenant is very happy with the programmability and performance. The tenant has the responsibility for the electric bill.
We recently received a call from the tenant that the 1st floor living room thermostat was not working. We immediately called SupplyHouse.com Customer Service and they immediately shipped a replacement with RMA. We received the new thermostat in 24 hours ! After some technical investigation, we discovered that the electrical circuit was improperly wired into a 110v breaker instead of 220v. We returned the new thermostat to SupplyHouse.com. Thank you very much for the great service !!

I've reviewed this product before, and because I have enjoyed using this thermostat, and it's performance, I just purchased 8 more. I now have these throughout my house, controlling hydroponic electric baseboard heaters, and am extremely happy with them. I've had several installed for over 10 years and they really do a great job of controlling the heat within their published accuracy. And SupplyHouse.com customer service reps are great!

Verified Reply- SupplyHouse StaffYes, the thermostat will read from an external floor sensor if dip switch #3 on the rear of the face place is placed in the "up" position. This will engage the "F" mode thermostat program.

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffThe difference between the thermostats is that one is manufactured to handle hydronic heating and controlling 2-way and 3-way zone valves or electric heat. The Hydronic model can control 2-way and 3-way zone valves and also can be used with low voltage applications. The electric heat model (TL8230A1003) is used to control electric baseboard heat and radiant electric. Voltage requirements here start at 208Vac, up to 240Vac and can handle up to 3600 watts.

Q: Can you tell me what the difference between the TH115-A-240D-B model and the TH115-A-240D model. I notice an extra button on the left side. Is the difference just black verses gray? Your answer will be greatly appreciated. I notice the -B models are cheaper.

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffTH115-A-240D-B is the new version of the obsolete TH115-A-240D. TH115-A-240D-B does have a backlight, which stays illuminated for 12 seconds after the backlight button or one of the arrow buttons is pressed.

Q: I purchased the TH115-A-240D-B thermostats. I want to keep the heat setting 59*F until 6 a.m. Sunday mornings. How do I tell the unit to maintain 59*F Monday thru Saturday? Many thanks, Max.

After programming the date and time the thermostat will allow you to set the temperature for specific days of the week and up to four settings per day. It just takes patience figuring out the menu.

Q: Is there a thermostat like this rated for 20 amp's? This look's like what I need for our church, I'm concerned as to whether or not it's big enough. We have two thermostat's in the sanctuary, each thermostat has two 20 amp circuit's coming into 1 thermostat. To sum it up, 4 circuits controlled by two thermostats. Thank you!

Q: I have 2 questions. First, is this thermostat a 15 minute cycle time?? Second, I have electric baseboard heat throughout the house with 6 zones and I can not find the wattage of the heaters in each room. Is there a minimum wattage for this thermo and will it work up to a max wattage and what is that max? Thanks for your help
