The TB6575A, TB6575B, and TB8575A are a family of Digital Fan-Coil thermostats for residential and commercial applications. They are great for use in hotels, condos, and school classrooms. They provide line voltage and low voltage on/off control for various fan-coil units. The three models provide control of 2 or 4 pipe fan-coil units, 120, 240, or 24 Vac, and manual or automatic heat/cool changeover. The fan can also be controlled from the thermostat, which offers three fan speeds (Low, Med, High) and Auto. Valves and auxiliary electric heaters can be controlled using a relay or contactor system switch controlled by the thermostat.

- Energy savings mode- external energy savings input from dry contact such as time switch, occupancy sensor, or hotel cardkey overrides comfort setpoint with selectable setback heating or cooling setpoints.
- Energy savings input configurable as a normally open or normally closed dry contact.
- Proportional plus integral (P+I) control algorithm for precision temperature regulation.
- Selectable C or F.
- Adjustable deadband, in auto changeover mode, for heat and cool control.
- Adjustable maximum heating and minimum cooling setpoint limits.
- Installer setup mode allows changes of operating parameters.
- EEPROM permanently retains user settings, including setpoints, during power loss (no batteries required).
- Capability to display temperature sensor failure for easier troubleshooting.
- Optional remote temperature sensor and remote pipe sensor.

Only option for a Condo
I have a condo in downtown Chicago. The unit is 20 years old and the original thermostats still worked but looked dated. I wanted to use a smart thermostat but the condo like many others use "line voltage". This means the thermostat is connected directly to 120 volts. In a home the thermostat has 24 volt power coming from the furnace. A product like Nest only works with this lower voltage. To use Nest in a condo requires installing my own step down transfer and using relays to buffer the direct wiring to the heat/cool coils and fan. Just not worth the effort to have a smart thermostat. So I opted for this Honeywell unit. Its old in that there is no WiFi option but the unit looks good and works well in the condo. There is not a lot of options for "line voltage" thermostats and I don't trust the smart thermostats from China that claim "line voltage". Go with Honeywell because you know its going to work as advertised.

I would likely not buy again
I do not like how the fan starts on high every time it kicks on and it can not take a program.

the thermostat is great, but Supply house is EXCELLENT!!!
The thermostat is a great option for a 2 pipe fan coil HVAC system. Easy to install and easy to use. But what really stands out is the excellent customer service i received form Supply House. The staff is very knowledgeable and the shipping is VERY fast!.

Worked on my rv
My rv stat lost communication with 1 unit. Rather than mess with comm wiring in the ceiling I wired this in with a 20 amp relay for the compressor allowing the stat controller to run the fan. Worked as planned

Q: I bought this. I have black, black, beige and red from the wall. I did red to red, blue to beige, brown to black and orange/yellow to black. I taped the black and white from the thermostat individually but I get nothing on the display. What can fix this??

I don’t know what the color from your wall means but you need to first know whether you have 120/240 V voltage line and attach it (to “L” BLACK wire on thermostat). And Thermostat WHITE should be connected to your Neutral in order to get power to the thermostat. Then thermostat RED, BLUE and BROWN are your fan controls and ORANGE and YELLOW are heating and cooling controls.
