We couldn't be more pleased with the pump. Bought and installed it back in 2017. Just did a "how's the pump tank doing" inspection and it's maintaining the level just as it did in 2017. Price has gone ballistic since 2017. To be expected......what hasn't? But I wouldn't hesitate a second to buy another if this one finally failed. Thank you again, Supply House!

have put in several of these. Just be sure, you have room for the tethered float to swing without getting hung up. if you have a smaller pit, a captive (vertical) float would be a better choice.

Had an existing sewage pump get burned up by some errant material that was flushed down the pipes. This pump (while not a grinder) has more than stood up to the task of the normal sewage lift duty in our finished basement. The 1/2hp is surprisingly quiet - this pump is installed in a liberty pump basin (380 series).
