The absolute best!
I have a quick jon below grade unit for toilet,sink....the pump ( after cycling) had a hammer sound in the piping that was seriously loud and annoying...this unit (thank you Zoeller!) was the solution....actually shocking how quiet this makes everything! I had another of these on my sump pump ( 1-1/2" dia) and it also completely silenced my issues....i was hesitant to try the 2" , but same perfect outcome.....Thanks to Zoeller and Supply House for making this an outstanding DIY project!

received product in timely manner, installed and the check valve fell apart inside - would not stop back flow and I had to run to local box store for a basic check valve.
Not SupplyHouse fault but mfg of product. Will not use again.

It IS a quiet check valve!
I recently replaced a sewage ejector pump, and bought a standard check valve at my local building supply store. Everything worked as before, and I wondered if another check valve existed to eliminate water hammer. This check valve IS quiet, and so far so good with no leaks or any issues.

Absolutely
I wish I would have spent a few extra dollars and bought this valve the first time, instead of purchasing a different valve from my local plumbing supply house, that the sales man said, "we have had no complaints" the Quiet Check valve stops the Backflow without a sound. No thunk, pipe rattling, it just quietly does its job. And great service from Supply House, as always

Soooo quiet!

Finally...SILENCE!
Can I give more than 5 stars?!? This valve is awesome; before installing it the pump would run and when it shut off, the old valve would make the outlet pipe CLUNK and shudder and shake my whole ceiling. NOW? The pump runs, stops, and all I hear is water flowing thru the pipe overhead... Took all of 30 minutes to install - including cutting the PVC inlet pipe (old valve was shorter).

I would buy this again!
It replaced a check valve on my sewage ejection discharge pipe that made a loud clunking noise when it shut. I installed this and now it is so quiet that I can't believe it!
