This is the second time purchasing Noritz to replace one purchased 12 yrs ago for rental unit. The old space could only fit a Noritz without major water drain and gas line rerouting. It had the same dimensions. Since installation about 2-3 weeks ago no complaints from tenant.

This product is unbelievable. It actually does what you expect from it and it does economically. I will never use another type of hot water heater again.

Never again.
This heater has been nothing but trouble since 2016 a year after we bought it. For years it has been throwing a 903 error code and shutting off. Numerous plumbers from different companies have attempted to solve the issues. There have been calls to the Noritz tech line which resulted in us paying the plumbers to stand in our yard while on hold with them.

A Neat Little Water Heater by Noritz.

I Will Try the Similiar Takagi but the Noritz was Perfect Righ out of the Box.
