Our water is very hard. It has made a Hugh difference!

We use this as part of our water filtration system for our home. We first began using this filter when we were still using our old well. We were experiencing a failing well and getting sand, grit and iron bacteria in the water, even as it went through the first filter. This carbon filter pretty much saved our system while we waited for our new well to be dug (we were told in May that we needed a new well, and wouldn't be able to get it done until August...so, we still needed to use the water, regardless of how crummy it was). Thankfully, we were able to limp along until August, when our new and much improved well was installed. Definitely attribute the ability to use our old well to these filters, and yes, we are using them with our new well.

Change it every 3-4 months. I use it as a prefilter Works great.

Easy to install and works as described.

We have used these filters for quite some time They saved us when our old well started to fail and we were waiting on the driller to get the new well completed. Paper filters alone weren't enough to keep our system clear. This carbon filter is as advertised...a heavy lifter and one that gives us peace of mind.

Absolutely will use them again and again for our house filter needs. Their prices are competitive, but less than what we have been paying in our town. I appreciated that when we purchased the wrong filters that they were quick to help with the return and the order of the correct ones. Thanks!
