Worked Great!
I used along with a 3" riser to bring septic opening to ground level. The product worked well and Supply House was fast with shipping and couldn't be more pleased!

Does the job
Drove over my septic field distribution box and tore out the original. Product is a direct replacement and lines up perfectly. Only downside was no screws included; however, I was able to re-use the originals.
