The Q3200U Universal Hot Surface Igniter Kit is designed to provide a robust field service replacement igniter in gas fired appliances with Norton/St Gobain 120 VAC silicon carbide hot surface igniters. The Q3200U uses a 120 volt silicon nitride igniter design with long life and high resistance to damage or burn out in the appliance. The kit includes the specially designed silicon nitride igniter and six different bracket configurations to adapt the igniter to the specific appliance application along with accessory parts to allow mounting and wiring the igniter. Clear instructions and application templates are provided to simplify selection of the proper bracket and ease installation of the replacement.

So far, so good
It's just an 120V igniter, so install was easy. Came with wire nuts but does just terminate to wires not to a connector of any kind. I had the previous connector to attach.
Previous OEM igniter lasted over 6 years and this has been installed for 3 weeks. We'll see how long it lasts but it's doing it's job.

Won't work with out it!
The one I replaced lasted 8 years, much much better than the original ones that you were lucky to get a couple of years of service. This ignitor should outlive the Carrier furnace. Supply house had it and shipping was reasonable and service was extraordinary.

Yes, this igniter should work on your furnace. It comes with different mounting brackets and a furnace reference guide.

There's not enough information in the question to really be able to answer fully, however the Honeywell Glowfly hot surface igniter comes with several brackets so that it's adaptable to a wide range of different furnaces and mounting configurations.
