Restored my heating system back to good health.
This switch and relay combination, enabled me to get the Burnham Series 2 gas boiler heating my home again. The copper winding was burnt on the old one and the switch would not work anymore. I put a new one in, made all the connections and the heat was restored. 20 minutes to install.

Relay Only Lasted ~1Yr.
This is used on a boiler for radiant floor heating system, so it is used about 7 months out of the year (Minnesota winters). The relay died after about 1 year after purchasing it to replace the previous fan center. The transformer is still fine, but I expect a relay to last thousands of cycles. Only a 90 day warranty from Honeywell. Hoping this one lasts longer....

Q: I SWITCH OUT THIS PART TRANFORMERS OLD WAS DEAD EVERYTHING SEEMS OK BUT RELAY CONTINUE TO BUZZ AND NOT CLICK OPEN FOR GASS VAVLE TO START FLOW

Verified Reply- Another PexSupply CustomerAfter I thought the relay was bad, mine continued to buzz as well. The harness that holds the fuse is where my problem was. I had tried to replace the fuse with a different fuse and it was shorting out. After replacing the harness, everything went back to normal Alain

You say that your old transformer was dead...Your question implies that the "buzzing" occurred before replacing the part. If that's the case (if your relay DID buzz before replacing the fan center) your old transformer was probably not at fault and the problem lies elsewhere.

I shorted out the relay to prove it was bad. Though i don't recommend this as it smoked the transformer. But i looked up the information for free with the boiler model # under manuals and used the trouble shooting guide inside. The manual that i used was from (gold cga gas fired water broiler).
