The ST9120U1011 monitors the thermostat for heat, cool and fan demands, runs the induced draft blower motor and runs the circulating fan (up to two speeds) as needed. It also monitors limit switch strings and energizes ignition control. In short, this one little unit packs a big punch, making it a smart choice for your applications as well as your business.

Supply House great, Manufacturer poor
Bought this from Supply House < 1 yr ago (2019). I replaced my old control board with this replacement board from Honeywell that was stamped 2008. From the beginning, this product did not work well. After replacing my old control board with this replacement board and turning on the power to the furnace, the control board would only turn on the blower fan and run it continuously in spite of the thermostat being set to turn on the heat. After turning the power off and on a few times, the control board eventually ignited the burners and ran properly. However, every time there was a power outage at my house, it would have the same issues. I believe the relay on the control board would get stuck. Called Honeywell several times. Their customer service is a 0. They just route you around from one # to another. Eventually got a hold of someone in technical support, but they said they only troubleshoot for licensed HVAC technicians. Honeywell does not stand behind their product. Fortunately after discussing my situation with Supply House, I returned this faulty board and they sent me a replacement board. Kudos to Supply House. Would not buy from Honeywell if there were other options.

These times also result in backlogs for the professionals and local supply houses not being DIY friendly.

Great replacement for ST9120G 4012
Works great for the old Tempstat SP80 furnace. I was not able to reuse the plastic cover, as pins and connectors are not at same locations, but that does not bother me at all. The fan works like a champ now, would definitely buy again.
Oh and the price on this site was half of what I was quoted for exact item at a local store, and it arrived in 2 days.

Good part I would purchase again.
Great part and operates perfectly. Price was fair.
Only letdown was the tech support. This new unit is described as a direct replacement and for the most part it is except for 2 terminals ( C , X ) being larger than the original, I simply wanted verification to install larger terminals but was told to get an electrician.

I dont thing so. I remeber installing circuit board and pulling the wire leads off the old board one at a time and installing on the new one. Fixed my a/c.
