Works
We bought this piece along with an 39" extension, we needed a total of 44". Our outside wall was 14" deep, we were going to take off the outside connection and put it on the extension and then connect the smaller piece inside. That didn't work as only the inside piece comes off. So we had to cut and piece things together. I should have ordered the longer one. Also there is a flow direction that I was not aware of. Better to buy longer and cut to size. Easy to Cut down. We did get it working and everything is great now. Solid construction.
