Great product, service and fair return policy
I re-plumbed the house last week, replacing two 50 gallon electric water heaters with one Rinnai tankless heater. As you might guess, I bought EVERYTHING I thought I would need to get the project done on a timeline. In the end, I needed a longer Ubbink condensing vent pipe for the Rinnai. That meant returning a shorter vent purchased a few months earlier. No problem! A modest restocking fee and refund completed quickly. SupplyHouse is my go to!

Rinnai Condensing vent pipe
Exactly the same Rinnai Condensing vent pipe at half the price. Both the inside pipe and outside pipe are plastic.

tankless water heater vent install
Good solid quality product for tankless water heater vent installation. Did not come with the lubricant it suppose too to make the connections easier to pop in.
