Rinnai RCi Series Tankless Water Heaters utilize concentric venting with an inner pipe that is designed to withstand varying flue temperature conditions that may be experienced over the life of a condensing product.
The Ubbink Rolux condensing concentric vent system is considered part of the direct vent tankless water heater, and has been tested and approved with the appliance by a third party testing agency.

Q: What is the functional difference between a condensing and non condensing termination? Can I use either one with a V65i water heater?

Verified Reply- SupplyHouse StaffCondensing units have a plastic exhaust flue pipe, while non condensing units have a metal flue due to higher temperatures. V65i is a non-condensing unit, so you cannot use the condensing venting pieces.
