Things are great.

Limping old unit along until we can get into replace this unit. Propane fueled unit was not in stock locally. Concerned that the problem was urgent we ordered from SupplyHouse and the price was significantly lower than local & it was shipped free to me. Had it in two days. I would like to have purchased locally but the higher price, added shipping to their location, and 90 mile round trip. It was a no brainer. Thank you so much SupplyHouse for getting me out of a pinch.

Fast delivery, had the flush valve set in the box, this was a direct change out so take off the valves and stack drop it and set new one. Great price.

Chose this unit for our new home we were building. I liked the foot print size, endless hot water, and cost. I have had zero issues with the unit since it was installed and zero complaints from any guests about temperature. The only downfall is the length of time to get hot water when the house is dormant. Definitely recommend a circulator pump at the farthest point just to keep the hot water closer to the tap. This was supposed to be done by the plumber during the build but was missed and unfortunately overlooked by myself due to external circumstances. I would definitely recommend this tankless water heater.

This product works as advertised which is very well. It has been in use in my home for about 2 months. I installed the unit myself without any difficulty (just read the manual and watch a few videos). I am not a professional, I consider myself an experienced DIYer.

There was a 10 month old Rinnai unit here when we bought our home. We were warned by the sellers that it was very hard to get it going. Just turing on faucets, all 5 in the various sinks, didnt trigger it. You had to turn on and turn off the tub faucet about 8 or 10 times to get hot water. This took about 12 gallons. After a month we had a timer and circulating pump installed, so unit was running 6 hours a day. Propane bills rose $150 a month. Then the unit died. It was not quite a year old. The manufacturer would not stand by the product. We bought another one and it has been okay for 2 years, but it still doesnt come on with all five sink faucets. You must do the jerky think with the tub. So we use the circulating pump and pay high propane bills. We are unhappy! We are going to disable this unit and install a normal 40 gallon water heater. Do not buy this product!

Bought this to replace an old tank water heater. Love the space savings, and it's very quiet. Also love the unlimited supply of hot water. Night and day difference. Wish we made the switch a long time ago. My only gripe is that the water heater does not come with a required electrical harness to hook up an external re-circulation pump to the internal PCB for the Thermacirc360 feature. After calling and talking to Rinnai, I had to have Supplyhouse staff special order part #105000250. It would have been nice to know up front that I needed the additional part. After a lengthy wait however, all is well and everything works as expected.
