I was having a hard time finding this product. Since Supply House sold the Condensate pump I had hoped they would have the Neutralizer but they did not. But, they did manage to order the product for me. Thanks.

Wasn't in a mesh bag as expected
Product is fine but I had to use my own nylon mesh bag to contain the pellets. They came in a plastic bag that could not be immersed in the flow-through tray. As pictured, I thought it came in a mesh bag.
