Great Customer Service
I purchased these circulator valves to make it easy to replace the boiler circulator, which I haven't had to do yet. Unfortunately one of the two valves develop a small leak at the stem packing. Tightening the packing nut did not help, since it appeared that the threads were not quite right. I call Supply House and within 2 days I have a new set of valves. I've been waiting for the weather to get a bit warmer before I shut down my boiler to replace the valves. Overall, the valves are well-made, but it looks like I got a bad one.
I have used Supply House for years for a lot of plumbing components and they have always been great. Usually the lowest prices with lots of selection. And shipping if fair and very fast.
