Spacer Ring VA33 for Thermal Actuators

Fits perfectly with new actuators and the old Wirsbo manifold

This was the correct part I needed to adapt the newer Uponor actuators to our old Wirsbo brass manifolds! None of the 3 rings included with the newer blue Uponor actuators fit correctly, so this additional ring must be purchased separately for Wirsbo manifolds.

This fit right on my existing valves, work perfectly. Great product.

I have looked for this simple fix for a long time. This adapter should be included with the Uponor replacement actuator.

Two newer controllers at our new to us townhome would not stay on our manifold because the threads were not deep enough to grab. After some research I purchased these. The adapters allowed the controllers to be attached to the older brass Wirsbo manifold and now I have controlled heat again!

If you intend to install the new Uponor zone valve actuators on an old Wirsbo manifold you MUST buy one ring for each actuator. None of the adapter rings that come with the actuators will work. These old manifolds have threads that do not mesh with the rings supplied with the actuators. These are the manifolds with "Wirsbo" cast into the brass.

This adapter is necessary to use new Uponor actuator with old Wirisbo style manifold.
