I would buy this product again.
By the time you add up the cost of the valves and fittings to make this product and compared it to the cost of this fitting you could have installed it and been home for dinner.

Great Valves
Used four of these in 1 1/4" to isolate feed and return mains on a cast iron radiator system. (Hot water) Enables me to isolate and make repairs on each half of system while allowing the other half to run. Flushing is also no problem with the branch valve. Great addition to any hot water system. The secondary O-ring on the larger sizes ,1" and up, adds piece of mind for positive sealing.
