Compact & Efficient
I am a remodeling contractor and had to replace a 40 y/o boiler in a small, 800 sf condo.
The model CGi25 with induced draft fit the bill.
It is a compact, mid-efficiency unit at a reasonable price. It comes fully kitted with the Taco pump, Tricador gauge and fittings.
The sheetmetal cabinet is a little flimsey and I read reports about the neoprene seals leaking. However, the Weil-Mclain installation manual is very clear that any petroleum-based additives will void the warranty. Time will tell how it holds up.
The delivery service used by Supply House was on time and the lift-gate truck made unloading to a dolly a real time saver.
