Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffMake sure to set the system switch to cool and follow all programming instructions in the Installation Guide ( http://s3.pexsupply.com/manuals/1249544570102/White_Rodgers_1F78-151_Instructions.pdf ). If this does not work, there may be a problem with your wiring configuration or air conditioning system.
Q: The air doesn't seem to be working correctly. We noticed that there is a strange snowflake or copus-looking indicator that we've not seen before. What does this mean? How do we get rid of it? Thanks.

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffIf the snowflake indicator is steady, it just means the system is in cool mode. If it's blinking, the compressor is in lockout mode.

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffTo remove the cover, gently pull it straight out from the base. Forcing or prying on the thermostat will cause damage to the unit. If necessary, move the electric heat switch. To replace the cover, line up the cover with the base and press gently until the cover snaps onto the base.

By changing the temperatures you can effectively turn it on or off at different times.
