Low cost control
I used the this device to control a circulating fan I installed between my boiler room and rec room. A thermostat signals the control to turn on the fan when the temperature drops and send waste heat into my rec room. Works great and mounts easy on a junction box.

I works hotter than expected (24vac)
I recommend checking with the manufacturer about the temperature issue on the coil. You can hold your hand for two seconds at 24 VAC. That will cook the coil little by little and eventually damage it prematurely. Again, please check back with the manufacturer about that issue. Thank you.
