Zoeller does the job!

I have three effluent pumps and one groundwater sump pump set at 15-feet below basement floor. I had to replace two "other-branded" effluent pumps after two years. I chose Zoeller from Supply House and they are perfect. I replaced the deep sump pump twice with lesser pumps before I knew I needed to spend a bit more to get more. The new Zoeller M95 is, obviously new to me but watching and listening to it quickly and quietly empty the sump pit gives me confidence it is the correct choice. Thank you Supply House for the accurate, data-driven info and prompt delivery...Thank you Zoeller for continuously looking for ways to improve an already reliable pump.

Poor packaging for shipment

I ordered an M95 sump pump along with a few smaller items, and I was disappointed with the packaging. The sump pump was placed in a large box with way too much extra space, allowing it to bounce around during transit. As a result, the taped seams of the box failed, and one of the smaller items inside was broken. To make matters worse, the sump pump itself broke through its individual box. While there were a dozen air packs inside the box, it clearly wasn't enough to properly secure everything and prevent damage. It's frustrating to see such poor attention to packaging from a company that should be prioritizing the safe delivery of products. I hope they improve this aspect of their service, as it really impacted my experience.

yes

Looks similar to the M98 that it replaced. I've had M98's for over 20 years and they have served me well. The weak part of the M98 was the switch, and the M95 has updated the switch to last longer, so I'm anticipating a long and trouble free experience. Great shipping experience, very fast.

Awesome sump pump

Decided it was time to replace an old pump I had running quite a few years. Did some research and it seems the Zoeller M95 is the best available. Plumbed in nicely, looks great. Seems really powerful. Much more so than what I had.

Lifesaver for my basement

Powerful pump that jetted or sludge that was in the basement. Can take tiny wood chips too! Single-handedly improved the quality of life in my unit!

2nd try is the charm

Ist shippment was dropped and damaged. Supply House has replacement on my doorstep in 2 days. This pump was a replacement for a pump I've had for 5 years (M95). The M95 Flow Mate handles alot of water without issue. I have had floods in my basement a few times. Lesser pumps have been overwelmed. Plumber install the M95 with stable rocker arm. I sleep well know I am protected. I replace it every 5 years. I strongly reccomend the M95 and SupplyHouse. Sleep well.

Quiet And Powerful

Somewhere online I'd seen a comment that the M95 is a beast that moves a lot of water. It's every bit true. The pump is heavy but easy to install, and it clears the sump basin in no time at all. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants a quite, powerful and sturdily built unit.

this is my second one already but for different location

it is a bit expensive but worth the money ,when it serves the purpose of what it is designed to do & that is blast when it comes to ejecting water out of the sump pit

Upgraded from m53

Upgrade the m53 which was part of my Aquanot 508 system which came with the M53 pump. The m95 was easily swapped into the system and empties my pit in seconds. The m53 pump always seemed to empty the pit slow and ended up overwhelmed during hurricane Ida causing my basement to take on a few inches of water. Factory paint had a bunch of chips in it. Coated them with some Rust-Oleum spray paint before installing hoping to slow down the rust. The 4 year old m53 i removed was a rusty mess.
