Fantastic Pump
I installed this pump to service a basement pit that serves as both a sump pit and a laundry run-off (effluent) pit.
Because of the dual nature of the requirements and the fact that I live on a pretty high water table, this pump ends up being used daily.
I've had it in place for 6 months now and I haven't had a single issue with it. It is able to keep up with regular laundry use and all of the nasty rain storms that we get in my part of the country(Chicago-area).
The sister pump to this one, the M98, is also very nice; but I prefer the ability to use the piggy-back float with this BN98 model.
I actually use mine with a Basement Watchdog float, instead of the one that comes with the BN98...but that's only because I already had that float installed in the pit :)
I would recommend this for anyone looking for a solid 1/2hsp pump to meet any sort of sump or effluent needs.

Supply House is great, but the Zoeller pumps not as good
This is used in my lift station for my mound system. Like the prompt shipping from Supply House. They are always great. My biggest complaint is these pumps don't last like they did. The first one lasted 13 years, the last 2 less than 5 years. Don't think they build them like they did. Have heard several complaints from friends that say the same thing. Just don't know if there is a good replacement out there, that is why I put the same thing in.

Supply House is great, but the Zoeller pumps not as good

I will buy products from SupplyHouse again.
I could not be happier with SupplyHouse. My new pump began to under-perform after about 4 - 6 weeks and I had to decide to return it. SupplyHouse replaced the pump for no charge and paid freight both ways, and their customer service was terrific.
