Saved me from buying a salt water softner.
It's essential to consider water composition when evaluating the effectiveness of filtration products.
In South Texas, where the water is hard but manageable, these two filters have been instrumental in avoiding the need for a saltwater softener for my tankless gas water heater, reducing my water hardness to 4 GPM.
Before installing these filters, I used a Rusco Hot Water Sediment Trapper. To my surprise, it has eliminated sediment issues for over three months. Additionally, I've been running my tankless water heater at 130°F instead of the manufacturer-recommended 120°F without any problems.
Lastly, the team at Supply house has been exceptional and always willing to assist.

Shipping pullers are not good

Does not work
Filter worked for about five days, back to cloudy and smelly water afterwards. Replaced the filters twice, just in case the filter was defective and the same thing happened again. Our iron and manganese levels are withing range of what it is supposed to filter. Don't waste your time with this.

I had this system installed on my new build. My water had a sulfur smell and was cloudy.
Once installed and I flushed water through as instructed the smell was gone and my water crystal clear.
I'm going to order replacement filters to have on hand when they need to be changed.

They were easy for a dyi person to install and the relief button on the filter will make it easy to change in the future. No noticeable change in pressure when running multiple faucets.. water flavor and oder has changed greatly, the towels don't smell after washing.
