Excellent product, excellent service
I am a female, small business owner and to safe money, I often do repairs myself or with the help of my part time maintenance man. We spent the day in the attic of my business adapting ductwork due to remodeling. We removed and relocated four 10" diffusers and decreased the flex duct to 8". The MV360 ceiling diffusers made this process much easier. Two locations provided minimal working space in the attic so I attached them from the room below making the job much easier on both of us. We used a total of 8 of the Airtec diffusers and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Didn't seal well
Product seemed made as well as the ones I removed. After replacing I still get an air leak. I have to keep ducts closed and pressurized with a fan in winter. When these fail it's like air conditioning blowing thru vents all winter long.

Good product
Easy to install for the most part. The tear away to change sizes sometimes didn't work quite right but I made it work. I also ended up making the cut out a bit larger to make it easier to get the flex duct through the hole

Product seemed made as well as the ones I removed. After replacing I still get an air leak. I have to keep ducts closed and pressurized with a fan in winter. When these fail it's like air conditioning blowing thru vents all winter long.
