The industry leader for pressurizing closed-loop hydronic systems introduces the newest 'PRESSURE PAL' to the Axiom Product Family. The DMF150 utilizes a digital pressure control (0-45 psig) with electronic alert contacts. The tank design incorporates a wall bracket connection that comes standard in the box. Front fill point makes fluid handling a simple process.
Features:
- (4.6 US gallon) tank for storage and mixing
- All features shown on user friendly digital display screen
- 0-45psig Pressure Setpoint with adjustable dead band
- N.O./N.C. Alert contacts and LED light enabled when low level, low pressure, or high-pressure condition
- Integrated Easy Connect Wall Mount Bracket comes with the unit
- Tilted 5" easy fill access on front of tank
- UL listed Power supply plugs into any standard 115 VAC outlet
- Diaphragm pump can run dry without damage
- No direct connection to potable water supply eliminates need for backflow prevention
- Make-up fluid stored in the feeder tank can be pre-treated to meet appliance manufacturers specifications
- Fluid level switch shuts the pump off and enables alarm contacts if the storage tank level gets too low
- Diverter valve allows easy purging of air on initial start-up, and manual mixing of solution
- Fluid drained for service can easily be put back into the system
- Prevents major floods - in the event of system rupture, only the contents of the tank will be pumped into the system
- Provides leak detection - dropping fluid level provides immediate notice that the system has developed a leak

Same Unit My HVAC Contractor Uses
My contractor wanted almost $2000 to purchase and install this unit. It was easy to do myself. In later cleaning up the installation, I put a loop in the hose between the feeder and the pressure tank, causing air to enter the hose. It was easy to fix and reroute and all is good again. I recommend this for anyone with hydronic heat as it eliminates the need for a constant connection to a drinking water supply (municipal or well) and eliminates the need for the annual back flow prevention device test.

A Great Idea Poorly Executed
What a stellar idea! But for this price I expect something well built and this is not. The outlet does not rise plumb to the unit causing any attached piping to be far from even with the rear wall it's mounted on. It requires shimming and in doing so I noticed the screws holding it in place are in crooked to make up for some sloppy manufacturing/assembly. The hanger, uh, wow. Even empty the tank was wobbly. I built a solid rack out of angle iron as did someone else in their review.

Good product that will save you money
Disconnected my heating system from my house water source; simplifies plumbing. Radiant heating now filled with distilled water with an inhibitor.

I have a replacement coming the original blew up

Provides peace of mind for homeowner
I am a homeowner with a hydronic forced air system with air handlers in unconditioned spaces. This unit provides peace of mind that a leak in the attic won't turn into a major headache. I also like that it allows me to drain my boiler for service without diluting my antifreeze concentration. It appears to be well built but I've only had it in service for a couple weeks so far. Only drawback is the high cost.

I install this product on every system I build.
It is easy to setup and easy to mount. Works every time. It is cheaper on our customers to install this device than installing a boiler feed valve along with a double check valve with annual testing.

I WILL buy this product again and again
I highly recommend forgetting about running water to a boiler system and using this for the boiler since it saves many problems .... works awesome for keeping the pressure perfect and incase a major leak it only pumps a few gallons and not forever with a water system plus its a cost saving if you include the PRZ valves etc with out one of these
