First experience, First class

I was referred to supply house by a friend. I called several of my local jobbers with poor results. None of my three or four local companies had it in stock. They said they could order it and it would take about a week however other prices were all over the board with as much as a $50 variance for the same identical item. I called supply house, but unfortunately it was after hours so I went online to their website, found the item, it was in stock with over 100 of them, I placed the order and it was shipped the same day and I received it the match day before noon time. That's good service. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing Components. Additionally, their website was easy to navigate. Well done

Updated Review

This review is an update from my previous review. I would recommend against using these valves for water service. I will use them exclusively for hydronic heat only where its possible to control water quality and they seem to be holding up well. Thankfully I have very few out in the field installed for strictly water service. Just found one valve previously installed a year ago leaking from the multiple crimp depressions from the press tool. Possible material defect or manufacturing defect. Inboard side of the O-ring. Water is 7.4 pH and 18 GPG hardness. The failing valve is on the outlet of the softener so is in a low hardness exposure area with 7.2 pH. Valves were installed before the warning notice on the webpage. Going to go with Webstone valves and watch for DZR ratings more closely on all brass components.

Good Price

Good price for a ball valve. I had no issues whatever with tolerances as others have noted--seems well made, and worked perfectly.

You get what you paid for

I bought these valves thinking I would save on cost, however the valves under pressure it's had to close. I should of bite the bullet and install the better quality valve and paid the cost.
