Master Plus Wi-Fi 7 Day Programmable 2H/2C or 3H/2C w/ Heat Pump Thermostat

Trying to use this on a Mr cool heat pump, no heat. Finally had to get a different brand which works perfectly. They exchanged it same problem. Blue fin has no tech support number. I have 40 years experience this was a great disappointment

This is probably one of the better thermostats that you could possibly buy compared to hardware stores !!! The fact that this has swing and many other adjustments, that makes it energy, efficient, and easy to use I personally don't use the Wi-Fi function and it's nice to have a thermostat in which you do not have to use that function. The only reason this thermostat did not receive five stars is because the screen that controls everything while programming can sometimes stick and cause difficulties while changing the programming. But other than that the program works correctly the thermostat temperature works correctly and the swing that I've adjusted to what I enjoy works perfectly Wiring was very simple. I did have to add one extra wire, the c wire for consistent power for this thermostat. Luckily, for me, I had one extra wire, not being used in the walls. The one thing to realize is that this certain thermostat is not battery back up. so therefore it does not have a battery compartment, so don't get it confused with the ones that do because the plastic body looks identical.
