Yes it works great!
We have a Lennox heat pump unit and this thermostat worked great. I love the big numbers and that it's programmable.. 2 heat, 2 cool was our settings..

I would by this thermostat again.
I'm impressed by the customer help from Supply House and Braeburn.
I put this on a furnace/airconditioner system and it's very easy. I particularly like the fan "circ" mode on this thermostat. With asthma and allergies it's nice to run the fan occasionally but not all the time. On circ mode the fan kicks in 3 or 4 times each hour for 10 minutes each.

So far, so good.
Bought 2 for use in a commercial manufacturing facility, one for multi heat/cool unit and one for single heat/cool unit. Installation was easy, and Braeburn has excellent technical support if you need it. (I had spoken with them during the selection process) Easy to setup and program, with simple instructions included. Pleasant blue light did not work on one, and Pex made me purchase another one, but with the promise of full credit when defective one was returned. After replacing the unit, I took the batteries out and just for grins, I put them back in and the light worked. I was surprised that the manufacturer hadn't suggested me try that, but they were nice and I'd say it was a fluke. The units are doing what I wanted them to, so I'm happy.
