- Pre-assembled manifold mixing station consisting of a supply distribution manifold complete with built-in sight flow gauges and adjustable balancing valves.
- Return manifold with built-in shut-off valves is suitable for thermo-electric actuators.
- Complete with built-in sensor to keep flow temperature at constant set value.
- Includes Grundfos UPS 15-58 three-speed pump.
- 3/4"F NPT supply/return ball valves.
- Max working pressure: 150 psi
- Control temp range: 80° - 130°F
- Primary inlet max temp: 195°F

I would buy the product again
The complete assembly with the circ pump and mixing valve is very expensive. It's convenient and saves time. You can buy the parts and duplicate what's being sold here for half the cost if you have the time.

The fixed-point manifold mixing station w/ups15-58fc pump- 6 outlets is a fantastic item. I did have a challenge putting on the thermal actuator on the supply outlet that is next to the pump. The actuator at first would not sit correctly and the system was not working correctly, but after taking it off and really forcing it on in position the unit is working correctly.

Awesome upgrade
The innovative manifold saved me so much time on the job. Assembly was easy and it made my piping so much cleaner and organized by only having to attach my supply and return loop.

Verified Reply- SupplyHouse Staff656304 and 656404 are two wire options, 656314 and 656414 are the 4 wire. Yes, they are just like a zone valve.

Q: Can the air bleeders be flipped around so I can have the loop connections facing up? I am going to have the loops coming from the joists above and I would like to come into the top so it looks clean. Otherwise I will come out of it with copper pipe to above and connect the loops to that. It looks like it comes apart and can be changed. Just not sure if it will effect the adjustment valves.
