A little disappointed, but not with Supply House
Recently I purchased the Caleffie Backflow preventer to replace my old one that had begun to leak. It came new, out of box with no sealing washers. Fortunately, I also purchased additional sealing washers in case of issues with the install. But these came late and and in multiple deliveries. All good in the end, just some heart burn...
Supply House is still excellent in my opinion.

Best boiler fill check valve I have used.
Ordered the Caleffi vented check valve to replace two new Watts valves that would not stop leaking through the vent port. I immediately noticed the quality of design and fabrication of the Caleffi and found that the performance matched that quality - no leak and worked as expected. I will use this brand moving forward.
