Works great. Be sure to perfectly balance!
I did the install myself, and I would say I'm semi handy at best. I believe the older blower motor was 5 1/2" not 5 5/8"; this caused some extra work with the small bolts, but I prevailed. Make sure you 100% balance this or else you will have to redo all your work (from experience). If it's not balanced, once reconnected it makes a horrible noise. Heed my warning and spend the extra few minutes while the blower is out.
