Really like this product
This is a replacement for a tankless water heater e had bought from another source about 1.5 years ago. The one from SupplyHouse was all metal and not plastic, came with all of the hardware needed and works so much better than the one it is replacing. We purchase from SupplyHouse for all of our business also. Great team to work with!

Electric Tankless Water Heater
I installed the 13 kW unit for a customer of mine, serving an outdoor shower. It works great so far. Be sure to have adequate electrical supply. This unit is very compact and seems to be quite simple, hoping that there is little to go wrong and that it will last a long time. Time will tell.
