I bought a box of four furnace filters, which came with a dent in the box that made all four unusable--a perfectly bad hit! Support quickly sent a replacement, which work fine. I'm not giving five stars because the filters do not have the foam edges that I'm used to (which make the fit more snug than the cardboard edges on these).

these are substantially smaller than every other 16x25x4 filter I have used. they aren't big enough to cover the hole going into the air handler so air passes right over the sides.

Filters were first rate. The only thing I didn't like was the 16x25x4 filters were smaller than the actual size by about a 1/2" so I had to wedge something in to keep in place
