I love the Redlink System

The Redlink thermostats are expensive but offer value beyond the obvious. The fact that customers can control the temperatures of their homes remotely is an obvious advantage. Especially true when they are installed in second homes or vacation homes. However, as a service technician these thermostats allow me to watch how the customer uses their heating system and also to observe how well a system is performing. This allows me to optimize each system for optimum performance. During a recent cold snap, I could see that one of the rooms in a customer's house (an unoccupied second house) was calling for heat continually without ever reaching the thermostat's temperature set point. This confirmed my suspicion that there was not enough baseboard radiation installed in that room to heat the house in cold weather. No wonder the previous service technicians had a number of frozen pipe incidents. The Redlink system allowed me to monitor the system regularly without ever having to visit the house. This is a huge advantage in allowing me to remotely diagnose my customers' heating problems 24/7.while never leaving my facilities.

Eim's keep failing

Horrible stat never going to use this product again. The eim's keep failing. They work sometimes and sometimes they don't. On my zoned system it's just really shoty weather they work or not creating problems for my clients. I will never use this stat again. I'm going to try the th932. As a direct replacement. Thankfully I have enough wires pulled to the stat location.

Timely Assistance

This was the first time I used Supply House for anything. I ordered a new thermostat for my gas furnace. I received it in a surprisingly short period of time. That was much appreciated. The packaging was perfect and everything turned out well.

Finally in stock......but worth the wait.

Honeywell is always our go to source for thermostat/ HVAC controls. This is one of the best t-stat kits out there. It logs supply and return temps as well as humidity. It's a great tool for verifying proper operation over an extended time period.

This is an excellent product

This product was used with a new Lennox AC that was installed at my home and much less expensive than the Cooper company was going to charge me. The salesman told me I could purchase my own and Supply House was an excellent source and went above and beyond to make sure my product got here in time. The staff is highly professional and friendly and I would recommend the company to anyone. THANK YOU!

I use this in all my buildings

I use this thermostat in 23 buildings. It has a simple interface on the web, and it's easy to install and program. I also have had to return a couple to SupplyHouse for not having the right components in the box, and they were send out replacements.

Why would you chose anything except Honeywell for controls?

Everything about this device is perfect. Every user (guys / gals) will love this stat. Slim, elegant, colorful, user friendly. Technically it installs without a hitch. Expandable, Flexible, Reliable. No call backs. I installed this device because I did not have enough wires at an existing stat location to provide true zone control after I zoned my house using, of course, Honeywell zoning equipment. Never once considered any other manufacturer's solution to 2 wire control.

Q: I have one of these already working on the 1st floor of a house also utilizing the wireless indoor air sensors. Can I also use another one on the second floor HVAC system again using new wireless indoor air sensors? Or will the two systems confuse each others wireless sensors?

Yes, you can use another thermostat with its own sensors and they will not interfere with one another.

Q: Is the actual thermostat wireless or do I still have to run wires to it?

The actual thermostat will require power connections of R and C wires, but now wires are needed for communication with the EIM

Q: Do you have to use internet access to control the unit(s) or can yoou use it as a stand alone t-stat.

Internet access is not required. You do need to use the included EIM, and the thermostat does require a common wire however.
