I had this thermostat for 4 years and it worked great but unfortunately it went bad in the 5 year. I have to praise how SupplyHouse handled my problem, their customer service was fantastic and I would highly recommend buying from this company.

good bang for the buck
Hooked it up to an old trane system with emergency heat. Had to do some research for a couple of the wires. Once I figured that out hook up was a breeze and it works awesome.

Product works great and was very easy to install. Home is only 4 years old so the wiring was pretty easy to transfer to the new t-stat. Moved down to 4 stars only because I wish it would support daylight savings time and it would have been nice to separate Sat from Sun programming. [...]

Bought 2 and they work great for me.
Bought 2 to replace some older thermostats in the house. Removal of the old thermostats and installation of these was very easy. Each replacement took no more than 15 minutes. While I really wish the thermostats would support the automatic time switch of daylight savings time, they really do a good job. Have been running them a couple weeks now and they work great. [...]

Product has performed well.
Installation was rated as needing a professional, but was really not that hard. I just had one questionable wire hookup and was able to get tech assistance from Honeywell.
Thermostat works great -- sensitive to 1 degree. Backlight is great. Numbers for set temperature could be a little larger.
So far, very satisfied.
