Model 3250-Plus Fuel Smart Hydrostat for Oil Boilers (Temperature Limit, LWCO, & Boiler Reset Control)

I purchased the Hydrostat 3250-Plus hoping it would help cycle my 4-zone and tankless coil boiler more efficiently than the Honeywell Aquastat. I purchased the wired temperature sensor as well. The Hydrostat 3250-Plus is the single best investment that I have made for my heating/hot water system. It is worth every penny spent as I stand to save upwards of at least $500 this heating season alone from the efficiencies of this single device. I have it set up to pre-purge and I am using the 4-zone economy settings. The Hydrostat works perfectly. It took me less than 20 minutes, start to finish, to install and set it up and program. I am elated that my fuel bill will be lower. But, what is more is the Hydrostat also gives priority to hot water. My wife and kids love not having to worry about cold water when showering or using the dishwasher. My four zones are also spot on. Th Hydrostat only hits its high limit in the morning, when it is extremely cold out, or when the boiler is in high heat demand. All other times its programming automatically adjust to lower high temperature settings. This is the difference between this unit and other style aquastats. With 5,000 square feet to heat, the old Honeywell was never this efficient in stepping down the high temperature settings as it did not have that capability built in like the Hydrostat 3250-plus does. Now my heating system works incredibly efficiently while providing even heat and priority hot water as well as a warm weather feature that automatically adjusts to outside conditions.

This was on a new boiler i bought from your company and broke after 3 months of work. Replaced it and will order a different one as a back up. Your store was grate and had me a replacement in 22 hours. i thought this would be a warrantee part. Put was told i needed to go thru the Beckett Corp to much work for a warranty.
