Chilled water flow switch problem
I bought 2 of these 2 years ago and 1 has already failed. The water tight enclosure doesn't keep moisture out so the switch corrodes. Maybe all chilled water flow switches are this way, I don't know.

The switch is ultra-sensitive.
The lever that trips the switch does not have a very wide range of motion. With the flow paddle fully depressed, the switch sometimes completes the circuit, other times it does not. Other times, the switch is closed and will not open on a no-flow condition. Turning the adjustment screw has not made the switch reliable enough to trust it's operation.

Chilled water flow switch problem
I bought 2 of these 2 years ago and 1 has already failed. The water tight enclosure doesn't keep moisture out so the switch corrodes. Maybe all chilled water flow switches are this way, I don't know.
