I cut my gas bills and my water consumption by 50% paid for all installation. No problem we have company eventually went out of business. I purchased three Norwich heaters and have been using them ever since great savings, you are not heating hot water in an 80 gallon tank 24 seven and spending all that money and making the Gas Company very profitable when I put the heaters in Columbia Gas wondered what I had done because my gas bills were 50% less on three properties never went back very happy with Norwich. I think what want to emphasize here is the importance of how quickly the unit arrived. OVER NIGHT! That was a huge deal since my customer would not have hot water for the expected delivery time of two days. this is my second Noritz, had good luck with my first one & about 16 years. This one was pretty much a plug & play replacement. Set up was easy, Actually runs quieter than my first one. Supply house had a cheaper retail price by a few hundred dollars & had very quick delivery & no damage to packaging or heater. Well done!

I had to replace this same water heater that was 15 years old. It was in a rental so it did not get the regularly needed maintenance. Easy swap as all the lines were where I needed them as well as the Noritz vent system. Supply House was excellent to work with. The heater came 1 day later then they said it would so they voluntarily game me a partial refund. I have never had a company do that! Excellent customer service.
