It works well and is a nice addition to any bathroom.
We are pleased with the installation as we have added it to 2 bathrooms. There have been some online complaints because you can see into the unit. I would say that in a small bathroom, yes you can see the manufacturing sticker if you look into the unit at an angle. It's much harder to see inside the unit when it is mounted high.
The fan works great, has nice quality light, is well built and quiet, and hidden which ticks off all of my boxes.

Poor Aesthectics
Do not be fooled by the pictures online! This fan/light combo work well but you can visually SEE THE MOTOR when you look up at it. The trim kit does not hide the motor. Called Panasonic Tech support and they know the problem but have NO FIX FOR IT. The look is industrial like. DONT BUY

It looks similar to the other can lights in their bathroom, and is a reasonably quiet exhaust fan. No complaints from installing over 30 of these over the last few years.
