- Flame rectification circuit to monitor flame presence.
- Monitoring of system pressure switch, high temperature limit, and rollout functions.
- Appliance operation/safety requirements controlled via microprocessor.
- Control of a standard induction-type circulating fan motor (based on appliance requirements), in response to a conventional low voltage or EnviraCOM thermostat.
- LED system status, performance and diagnostic indication.
- Wire harnesses provided for simple replacement of most IFCs and integration with most heating and cooling appliances.

Good alternative to original parts
I used this to replace a failed control board in my Aire Flo AF92 furnace. It was about 1/3 the price of a factory original part and because Aire Flo is not a popular brand parts are hard to find for it. The replacement was a direct plug in using the included wiring harness with no wiring modification required. Very happy with the purchase, I hope it lasts longer than the original control board.

Much more complicated than described...It is "not a simple replacement board for most brands" and has a more limited use than stated.

Great Replacement Board!
This Worked Great On A 1997 Rheem Furnace, Non-Spark. It Had The 120 V Igniter. The Board Was Not Listed On The Replacement But Still Worked. Very Happy With This Product, Can't Be Supplyhouse.Com They Are Awesome!

Q: Replaced Nordyne furnace gr4ga control board with a Honeywell s9200u1000 universal control and the furnace will not fire, AC does work. Getting a 3+6 fault code "reverse line Polarity or poor earth ground". I have reversed the priXXXXX XXXXXnes, switched low voltage lines, checked and rechecked grounding conductor/ neutral. I have even tried running a separate ground to the board. Any thoughts, I am stumped.

I had a similar problem. I reversed the leads on the transformer that feeds this circuit board.

I would take a look at the breaker and make sure you didn't lose your bonding wire. Take the a/c out of the loop to maek sure there isn't something going on there.

Q: I have the 9200u1000 board and need to know what is the appropriate type of flame sensor to install,,, The old obsolete board looked at the HSI for a signal.

Q: at present my furnace has a 50a55-843 intergrated control board which calls for a silicn carbide ignitor 1111107 can i replace with the s9200u1000 and would it upgrade to a nitride ignitor

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffYes, you would be able to replace the 50A55-843 with the Honeywell S9200U1000. The universal ignitor 21D64-2 would be the appropriate ignitor for that control board - it would not upgrade to a nitride ignitor.
