Not sure how to start out. My Homes A/C unit would not kick on. Me, not being an HVAC person at all, opened up the units 2 panels and found this thing-a-mu-jig that looked like it was burnt up. Went to get my multi-meter and finding out via the internet that it was supposed to have 240VAC going through it. Turned on the breaker and read 240VAC coming from the breaker, next it fed into this thing-a-mu-jig which did not have any power going through it. Was barley able to read the sticker/plate (See Pic). Did a search of the Model/part number off of it and SupplyHouse immediately came up. Put in the Make of my unit and a model of the thing-a-mu-jig in SupplyHouse's search engine to find out it is called a Conductor. Ordered it and it was here in just a few days. Took a snap shot of it so I could put the wires back on it as they were when I removed them. Cut the breaker off, cut the breaker off in the house. Removed the 6 wires from the Conductor, unbolted the old one, bolted the new one in, wired it back on as per the pic, turned on the inside breaker, turned on the A/C's breaker and finally turned on the thermostat. The unit fired up and was cooling as it should have. It was that easy. This problem costs me $16 from SupplyHouse which could have easily costs me $100's if I called an HVAC company. I was surprised of how many parts are in a A/C unit but ultimately surprised of how easy this problem was solved. BIG THANKS SupplyHouse for your ease of finding my part. Have a great NAVY day!

Contactor Internet picture wrong
Picture on internet shows coil while on actual part the coil cannot be seen. Minor issue, and does not affect performance.I would not recommend at this time, but will probably make another order in the future.

Good Quality, Perfect Match For the Original Part
The image on the website is a little different than the actual part. The replacement part is an exact match for the original Rheem part it replaces. So the replacement swap was easy.

Problem fixed
The original Honeywell contactor in my Rheem unit was 30 years old. There was almost no more carbon left on the contacts and they began to weld themselves closed. This new contactor was the fix. Fantastic price and super fast shipping. Thank you Supply House!

Reliable
There is nothing worse than having your wife and children in the house with no AC in the summer, due to bad contacts in a circuit breaker. It was painful watching the condenser fan's failure to operate. Shipped quickly, installed with ease and functions as intended!

I would most definitely purchase this again
This was a life saver, I kept getting different readings, finally I decided to change the contactor with a new one and the unit came alive, found out that the 24V side had a hairline crack in it ,

contactor replacement works
18 year old split HVAC unit up and running normal again for a couple weeks now after replacing the old contactor (unit would not turn on) and adding approx 0.5lbs of freon (outside acumulator and inside evaporator were freezing up).
