Would not have purchased
I have installed many Rinnai tankless for customers. I, however, prefer Takagi. But I needed to buy a tankless for my new home during the time the government, in its idiotic shut down had, totally destroyed the supply chain. So, there were very few tankless available. I purchased this unit despite my unfamiliarity with this model the upshot is this model is unable to provide adequate hot water. Rinnai limits the maximum temperature to 140 degrees and that has proved to be a problem.

Space saver in a small retreat cabin
We reworked our cabin for more efficient space allocation. Getting rid of the standup traditional water heater was a great idea. This unit installs easily, and is fast and quiet.

Our cabin is so much more enjoyable!
We installed this unit on a 3 room cabin. This unit makes it so much more enjoyable to be at the cabin, especially with the temps getting into triple digits. If we leave the doors open, all 3 rooms get the benefit of climate controlled air. The installation is easy and well explained.

Q: Does the Rinnai 120000 BTU tankless hot water heater come with a valve station kit or does it have to be purchased separate?

Verified Reply- SupplyHouse StaffHi Denise. Isolation valves need to be purchased separately, as they are not supplied with the unit. Some options that would work are 44443WPR by Webstone or MIVK-T-LW by Rinnai.
